How Do I Access a Distributor Cap on a 2002 Honda Accord?

- 1). Raise the hood of your Honda Accord to access the engine compartment.
- 2). Locate the four spark plug wires at the top front of the engine spaced about 2 inches apart.
- 3). Follow the spark plug wires to the left of the engine. The wires will converge at the distributor cap. The distributor cap is connected to the engine with two small bolts.
- 4). Disconnect the negative battery cable and unscrew the bolts with a pair of pliers to remove the distributor cap.
